Matt Fogler, CPA

Matt is the founder of Fogler CPA, a boutique accounting firm based in the Sacramento region serving small businesses and nonprofits. He holds a Master’s degree, is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Before founding Fogler CPA, Matt led and contributed to large-scale corporate finance and operational initiatives, applying process improvement, financial systems design, and performance management at an enterprise level. That experience now informs his work with growing organizations that need institutional-grade financial leadership without the overhead of a full internal team.

Matt and his team provide ongoing accounting alongside fractional controller and CFO-level support, helping owners and leadership teams gain clarity, improve financial visibility, and make confident, informed decisions. His approach combines hands-on execution with senior-level perspective, bringing structure and discipline typically found in much larger organizations.

Matt lives in Roseville with his children and enjoys spending time outdoors, including kayaking whenever he can get out on the water.
